Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
"Plum and blackberry aromas dominate a fruit-forward nose with palpable oak and toast. This is rock-solid and firm on the palate. Ripe flavors of baked black fruits are darkened by toast and chocolate notes. On the finish, this tastes of fig and peppery spice. Drink through 2023."                    - M.S.    Wine Enthusiast

It's lush, perfectly ripe with a black fruit intensity. The rush of fruit that hits the palate followed by layers of subtleties is impressive. Great with grilled anything!! If the taste doesn't wow you, the smell alone will. It's impeccable: round and sweet with a toasty background. A must have!!

As advised, I took the time to decant and allow the wine to fully express itself. Upon pouring you are immediately hit with an aroma filling your senses. If that wasn't enough, upon tasting, you are awarded with rich dark fruit and an array of subtle spice notes. All this leading to a long finish with firm but not overdone tannins. Would recommend for drinking now, but cellaring will only improve the wine.
